Yes, you can upgrade from Starter to Business or Business to Ultimate at any time from the client area. The price difference is prorated.
VPS & Servers
VPS (Virtual Private Server) uses shared CPU resources with KVM isolation — good for most applications. VDS (Virtual Dedicated Server) gives you dedicated CPU cores, which means guaranteed performance even when neighbouring servers are busy.
Yes. All KVM VPS and VDS plans include full root access and SSH. You can install any software and configure your server as needed.
We support Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, AlmaLinux, Fedora and Windows Server (on Windows VPS plans). Other distributions may be available on request.
Yes. Network-layer DDoS protection is included on all VPS, VDS and dedicated server plans at no extra charge.
Billing & Payments
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and popular wallets. All payments are processed in INR.
Yes. Hoststack is GST registered and all invoices include GST details for business expense claims.
Both options are available. Annual billing saves up to 20% compared to monthly pricing.
We send payment reminder emails before and after the due date. Services are suspended after a grace period, but your data is retained for a further period before deletion. Contact support promptly if you have a billing issue.
Migration & Support
Yes, free migration is included on Business and Ultimate hosting plans. Our team moves your files, database, email accounts and helps with DNS. Starter plan migrations are available at a small service fee.
Most migrations complete within 24 hours. Complex multi-site migrations may take up to 48 hours.
Support is available 10AM – 8PM IST, every day via WhatsApp, Discord, email and ticket system.
Yes. Our team can guide you through pointing your domain nameservers to Hoststack and setting up DNS records for email, subdomains and third-party services.
