Complaint Process

We follow a transparent, time-bound grievance resolution process in accordance with applicable Indian laws:

We acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours of receiving it and provide a reference number.

We investigate and resolve your complaint within 30 days of receipt, as mandated by the IT Act.

Your legal name as registered with Hoststack or as a third-party complainant.

Account ID or Email

The email address associated with your Hoststack account, or the account ID shown in your client area.

Nature of the Complaint

A clear description of the issue you are raising — what happened, when it happened, and how it has affected you.

Supporting Documents

Any relevant evidence such as screenshots, invoice numbers, email correspondence, or other documentation.

Your Contact Details

A current email address or phone number at which we can reach you during the investigation.

Desired Resolution

What outcome you are seeking — refund, account action, content removal, or other remedy.

Legal Framework

This grievance mechanism is established and operated in compliance with the following Indian laws and regulations:

Information Technology Act, 2000

Section 79 requires intermediaries to designate a Grievance Officer and publish their contact details prominently.

IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021

Rule 3(2)(b) mandates that the Grievance Officer acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 30 days.

Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Provides additional rights to consumers including redressal against deficiency of services, unfair trade practices, and product liability.

Companies Act, 2013

Governs the operations of HOSTSTACK (OPC) PVT LTD as a registered One Person Company in India.
