Downloading GST/INR Invoices from the Client Area
Every Hoststack order generates a GST-compliant invoice in INR, available in your client area the moment payment is confirmed. Here's where to find it, what it contains, and how to make sure your GSTIN and billing details are correct for accounting purposes.
Downloading an invoice
- Log in to client.hoststack.pro and go to Billing → Invoices
- You'll see every invoice with its status — Paid, Unpaid, or Cancelled — and the date it was generated
- Open any invoice and click Print or Download PDF to save a copy for your records or accountant
- A copy is also emailed to your registered address automatically at the time of billing
What's on the invoice
- Hoststack's GSTIN and registered business address
- Line-item breakdown of the service, billing period, and base amount in INR
- CGST/SGST or IGST applied depending on your state, shown separately from the base amount
- Your billing name, address and GSTIN, if added to your account
Adding or updating your GSTIN
If you need your GSTIN to appear on invoices for input tax credit, go to Profile → Company/Billing Details in the client area and add it before your next renewal. GSTIN can only be reflected on invoices generated after it's added — we're unable to reissue past invoices with a GSTIN added retroactively, so update it as early as possible.
