Understanding Your Welcome Email & Client Area

As soon as your order is provisioned, Hoststack sends a welcome email with everything you need to get online. Here's what's in it and how to use the client area day to day.
What's in the welcome email
- Your client area login link and temporary password
- Your control panel (cPanel/DirectAdmin) URL and login
- Your assigned nameservers, needed to point your domain
- Your server IP address and account username
Logging in to the client area
The client area at client.hoststack.pro is where you manage billing, open support tickets, view invoices and access your control panel. Log in with the email address you signed up with and the password from your welcome email — change it on first login from Security Settings.
What you can do from the client area
- View and download GST invoices
- Open and track support tickets
- One-click login to your hosting control panel
- Upgrade, renew or cancel services
