Hoststack is a digital services company. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. All our products — hosting accounts, VPS instances, game servers, domains, and SSL certificates — are delivered electronically via email and your online client area.
Service Delivery Timelines
Once your payment is confirmed, your service is activated according to the following timelines:

* Domain propagation may take up to 24–48 hours globally due to DNS TTL settings, even though your domain is registered and active in our system instantly.
What You Receive After Purchase
Upon successful activation of your service, you will receive the following by email and in your client area:
Welcome Email
A welcome email containing your service details, login credentials, and getting started instructions sent to your registered email address.
Control Panel Access
Access to DirectAdmin, Plesk, WHM/cPanel, or our game panel depending on your service type.
DNS Nameservers
Hoststack nameservers to point your domain to our infrastructure. Shared hosting accounts also receive ready-to-use nameservers.
Login Credentials
Username and password (or SSH key) for server access. We recommend changing your password upon first login.
Service Dashboard
Full service management available through your Hoststack client area at any time, including renewal, upgrades, and billing history.
GST Invoice
A GST-compliant tax invoice is generated and emailed to you upon payment confirmation.
If You Have Not Received Access Within 24 Hours
In rare cases, service activation may be delayed due to:
- Payment verification pending (common with bank transfers and UPI in certain circumstances)
- Fraud prevention checks for new accounts
- Incorrect email address provided during registration
- Welcome email delivered to your spam or junk folder
- High-demand periods or scheduled maintenance windows

Returns & Refunds
As all our services are digital and delivered immediately or within a short timeframe, we do not offer a traditional returns process.
